New Bohemia Golden Valley

I love this place! The brats are phenomenal, food comes out quick and hot, and the staff was nice. I went with my family and we all enjoyed our food. We especially liked the cheese curds dipped in their curry ketchup. We have also visited in the summer and sat on the patio which was very nice. I brought my toddler and he was able to run around in their fenced in patio (we were the only people there, I promise I wasn't disturbing anyone else). It made dining with a toddler significantly less miserable. This place would also be good if you had a large rambunctious group of friends! The tables are long and they have a fantastic selection of beer.

I absolutely love this place! It's a fantastic spot for lunch, and I keep coming back for the wild rice, which has become a favorite of mine. This time, I paired it with sautéed mushrooms, and it was delicious! And of course, you have to try their incredible large sprout dish with the pepperjack cheese sauce—it's a must. I finished my meal with a refreshing root beer. The service was quick and friendly, which is always a plus. I’m a bit disappointed that some of the other places nearby have closed, but I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back here!

This was our first visit, and it certainly won't be our last. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. I noticed several negative reviews, but I completely disagree with them. We felt very welcome; the bartender took the time to explain everything and checked on us a couple of times. The prices are quite reasonable. However, I wouldn't recommend bringing kids here, as it isn't a family-oriented restaurant.

This place was quite good, offering unique bratwurst options. I had the duck cilantro, while my partner opted for the jalapeño cheese. The toppings, including onions and mushrooms, were plentiful, and the bun was enjoyable. We could have skipped the fries, but the selection of mustard dips was a nice touch—although we didn't particularly care for the flavors. Overall, it's a great spot to grab a beer after work. New Bohemia has a small feeling of a German beer hall with large communal tables. You have a generous selection of beers on ****. There is a daily happy hour with selected $3 pints. These Happy Hour Pints have some choices about a light beer. There are a variety of sausages served on high-quality rolls. The bartender was very friendly and helpful when ordering.

I tried the alligator sausage, and it was fantastic! The pretzel bun was tasty, and the caramelized onions and grilled peppers added great flavor, although they made the sandwich a bit messy. The hand-cut fries were also good, and they offer an extensive selection of beers. I especially appreciated having a variety of mustards to choose from.

We just visited a couple of nights ago. There was trivia being played and the sliding doors were open. A cool breeze added just the right ambiance to a beautiful evening. Thoroughly enjoyed the bockwurst and loaded fried potatoes. They have a wide range of beers to pair with your order. They are dog friendly.

1. To experience this restaurant. It is really a fun atmosphere, on a beautiful day / night / they open these big garage doors that create the feeling like your outside, beautiful and airy. New Bohemia is a solid spot to check out in the area. The vibe is casual, featuring spacious long tables, games to enjoy, several televisions, and a good selection of beers. The food is quite good—while it may not be mind-blowing, it's definitely tasty and pairs well with the drinks.
