I 'm no stranger to bad customer service born and raised in Vietnam you eat, you pay, you leave. but this place was beyond horrendous. They snapped at me for asking to remove items on the bills that were not brought out. I got served foods 15 minutes before my boyfriend who did not look Vietnamese he is mixed). The tables next to us got the same thing and the foods were served before him. Please take your business across the street to banh mi che Cali the food is good there and they don 't berate your or be racist to nonwhite people in your party. I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a terrible experience. My cousin and boyfriend both ordered bowls of pho, while I chose a vermicelli bowl. Their meals arrived within just two minutes, but I waited about 15 minutes for my food. When I inquired about my order, the server who took it had completely forgotten to place it. My meal finally arrived right after they finished theirs, but just as I took my third bite, I discovered a black hair in my food. I was immediately disgusted. Although we received an apology when we paid for the pho, I won’t be coming back here. I felt it was important to share my experience regarding the unsanitary conditions at this restaurant.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The hostess was overwhelmed, taking online orders, phone calls, and managing walk-ins. When she finally made it to my table, she only took my food order, and I had to ask another hostess for my drink order. Unfortunately, the chicken teriyaki bowl was terrible! The chicken was tough and fatty, and they served an excessive amount of rice. The overall service was poor, and after many years of coming here, this experience has left us very disappointed. Sadly, we won't be returning. Plus, their sauces are bland and lack any real spice.

This is the best pho to go if you want good pho. Been coming here for a decade now. If you want good service, not the ideal place to come. The lady who always usually take my order over the phone is super super friendly but not sure who this new guy who answer phone is so rude. Make me don't want to come get pho here anymore. The rather have the lady take my order instead of this man who is rude. Why they hire such rude staffs. Such a disappointment. Reserva una mesa ahora

The broth is always incredibly tasty. While the restaurant could benefit from a deep cleaning—it's not the cleanest I've seen—it's still tidy enough that I keep coming back. The service is great too. I really don't have any major complaints about this place, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

This restaurant won 't come again. I ordered a bowl of noodles and asked the waiter for three slices of lemon. When I checked out, I thought it wasn 't right. She told me that the lemon would cost 75 cents a slice. . I haven 't seen anyone do business like this before.

Got there right when it opened so not crowded at all my friend and i both had our toddlers and were given booster seats and bowls and plastic wear for them right away. Great service!Food: 5/5

The best Pho in San Gabriel valley! Soup base is excellent and with a lot of meats compare with the others. The lady in the front counter is always friendly. Strongly recommended to go. Reserva una mesa ahora
