Every request I made was fulfilled, and everything I tasted from the New Xin Chinese menu was absolutely delicious and delightful. This has quickly become my favorite spot! I was pleased to notice there was no greasy or oily smell, which is a plus. New Xin Chinese truly is a hidden gem in Nutley. However, I did encounter poor service from Omar, the delivery person, who left the food on the hallway floor and rushed away, so I won’t be tipping online anymore.
The food I ordered tonight was absolutely disgusting the chicken tasted old and recooked and the French fries were definitely were recooked as well and when I called I was treated unprofessionally and they refused to give a refund. They actually wantedme to pack my kids and the food to bring it to them even though they delivered the food?. Never again!!
Could not enter without help Not accessible. Also no bathroom available. Very small and difficult to locate. Very long wait time for delivery 1 hr. I was referring to the delivery time. Yes, since I waited, I received my order in 15 minutes. However, I really needed to use the restroom, which you said was unavailable.
I tried New Xin Chinese for the first time on February 18, 2022, for a family dinner for two. The portions were generous, and every dish was flavorful. Ordered food here for the first time on 2/18/22. Ordered a family dinner special for 2. There was a huge amount of food and everything was delicious. Best General Ts?os shrimp and Barbecue Spareribs I?ve had in a long time. This place will definitelybe our go to Chinese takeout from now on.
The fried wontons were delicious, and the spicy beef and chicken were served in generous portions and tasted very fresh. As a newcomer to the area, I was truly impressed!
New Xin Chinese is one of the top restaurants in the area. The General Tso's Tofu from their menu is outstanding, and the portions are generous!

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
