I visited the restaurant hoping to enjoy a breakfast sandwich and a turkey sandwich with extra toppings, but I ended up feeling quite disappointed. The breakfast sandwich was lacking in flavor, with only the sausage and cheese standing out. As for the turkey sandwich, I specifically requested lettuce, tomato, and cheese, along with salt, pepper, and vinegar; unfortunately, they forgot the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Very disappointed I tried to give benefit of the doubt with this bagel shop I have been there 3 times over the course of 6 months and I have the same problem every single time I’ll order a sandwich or combo and I’ll ask for extras to be put on and whenever I get back to check they are never on there and has to go back EVERYTIME. For me this is the 3rd strike not one person in the place and it’s still the wrong sandwich as mentioned before I tried giving them benefit of the doubt however if I’m paying for something I would like to get it and if they can’t to let me know not charge me for something that they don’t have
March 15th at 8:45am I ordered a toasted everything bagel with lox spread and small black coffee. The best thing was the coffee. The bagel was just warm not toasted and the lox spread had a funny taste like it was on the cusp of spoiling. At first I was upset about the amount of spread but when tasted it was glad because it was bad. Shoprite in Commack has better bagels and spreads. Won't EVER be going back. First and last time.
I 10/10 recommend this place. The Hispanic young lady that took my order was super friendly my order was accurate and swift. They also have reasonable pricing and I actually really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich. I went completely out of my way to get here after experiencing poor service from a closer bagel store and you guys did not disappoint. Thank you!

The young women at the front counter were incredibly friendly while taking my order. The food was prepared quickly and was absolutely delicious! I would rate it 10/10 and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended!
This place has absolutely the worse customer service. After standing in there for 5 minutes being unacknowledged the worker just skips over me and takes someone else's order. I just walked out and no one said anything
The food and bagels are good but they need to teach staff about proper food handling. There is no point in wearing gloves if they handle money with them and then touch people's food with the same ones.
Wish staff didn’t prepare food with the same gloves they handle money and credit cards with. It’s gross. Bagel looked good and probably tasted okay, but I lost my appetite and tossed it.

In my opinion, the amount of cream cheese isn't sufficient for a bagel that costs almost $7. It's quite disappointing.
