Nick's Tuscan Grill

We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time, things were downhill from there. The service was so slow that it took more than an hour for us to get our meal. The menu states that they have gluten free options, however the staff needs to be trained on what gluten free is. Not just the front of the house, but the kitchen staff as well. Two of us have a gluten allergy the server we had told us she didn't know anything about it didn't care she was to busy. We knew that we were going to have a problem. Let's start by saying it was busy. We had reservations and got seated a little after our time. We got seated at a table that was not setup no glasses plates cover or silverware. They never put silverware out we had to ask for it. It took about 10+ min to get water and they didn't have enough in the pitcher to fill all the glasses all the way up ok but they never came back to fill it up. Took another 15 for the waitress to come take our drink order. Then we sat there for a while before our drinks came. Two drinks came out of the 4 finally the other 2 arrived and we waited to place and order for a bit. Food came out in not that bad of a time. We had to ask for things like butter 2 or 3 times....

Service was slow the day we went using Open Table and we felt like the table of 6+ got more attention than the other tables (including ours). The aforementioned table was also very noisy and put a slight damper on enjoyment to the point where we asked our server to quiet the other table down...of course, that was out of the restaurant's control as they got louder again anyway. However, when the food finally came out, it was very good. If I were to give constructive feedback, I would say improve on the consistency of service because we came before without an Open Table reservation and attention to service was good.

I enjoy going to Nick's....I like the relaxed atmosphere. i always get the same dish...the chopped antipasto salad and really look forward to having it. I love the pizzas too. The service is usually a bit slow but I never mind because its a relaxing place. one thing they could definitely improve on though.....you are usually sitting for 10 mins or so before you are even asked if you want a drink. We usually like to relax and have a drink before we order....not all at once.

We sat right away. Restaurant had nice crowd for a Tuesday night. Started with hot antipasto. Great serving hot delicious. My wife had Veal parmigiana who enjoyed seeing. I had covered salmon specifically with baby shrimp and crab meat. EXCELLENT! The wine was offered as our meal at a reasonable price. Did not get the name of the waitress, but she was also EXCELLENT! Would definitely recommend NICK'S TUSCAN GRILL!

We enjoyed the food very much. But the service was missing. The hostess was overtaken to sit over us, and the server, while pleasant, was inattentive. It took an hour to get to our main course and then another 10 minutes to get the attention of the server so we could get grated cheese. One of the dishes just came out as we asked not to come out. While eating at Nick's is really good, it's not worth it.

I found this restaurant through OpenTable and was very pleased with the server, who asked all of my questions and made sure that my guest and I were okay throughout our meal. The noise level is low and the restaurant is currently decorated with a Halloween theme, which is festival and cool to look at. The food is excellent, and I plan to go back.

Arrived on Tuesday night for dinner and were the only ones in the restaurant for some time. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Our meals came out quite quickly as there were very few cartridges. The food was very tasteful and everyone at my party enjoyed their meals!

With a group. The food was great. Portions were plentiful. Appropriate prices. Good service. Was back a few weeks later with another couple. They loved it too.

I think this was my 4 th time there over the last year. The good has been very good each time. I highly recommend you try it.
