Gone are days of friendly smiles good customer service. So so disappointed.I order thru the app in advance to save time but apparently my payment was loaded on the app (my account Hal shows zer0) but my order did not go through. They made me pay again with no solution to where the 1st payment went. You'd think after this error that they would expedite your order for the inconvenience and for debiting you 2x. NOOO! They made me wait another 10-20 mins from when you paid again. There was a big order ahead of me too. No apology! You are just a number. They're only programmed to take orders. It's a tough job to care, listen, show courtesy or SMILE nowadays. NO ONE SMILES here except to each othe...

The food at this restaurant was all very flavorful and tasty. The only letdown was that we ordered an everything bagel but received a plain one instead. The burrito was excellent, and my husband enjoyed the avocado and tomato breakfast sandwich. For dessert, we tried two cherry and cream cheese pastries which were also delicious.

Used to be good. Paid $5 for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It had so little cream cheese I couldn't believe it. And it was somehow burnt on top but not toasted. What happened? This place used to be good. Very sad to see how bad it's gotten.

The quality of the bagels are good, but the customer service is BEYOND RUDE, especially when it comes to Steven the employee worker at Woodland Hills location. He’s always rude and has attitude and is not nice at all to customers that come in. Reserva una mesa ahora

Stayed the night close by and they were open super early. The bagels were fresh and tasted amazing. The cinnamon roll was decent. The juices weren't fresh like I hoped, but the orange juice was good. ?‍

The chips and muffin were stale, as if they had been sitting there for at least a month. I will never order from that restaurant again, as the experience was just terrible.

Some types of bagels are limited quantities, no matter how early you try. The quality deteriorated after the pandemic.
