The bagels here are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. However, I've noticed that there's a new policy regarding credit card payments that involves mandatory tipping. The checkout screen doesn’t give customers the option to decline or tip in cash; instead, it forces you to choose a minimum tip of $1 or more. Unlike other places, Noah's doesn't base tipping on a percentage of your total bill, like the standard rates of 15%, 20%, or 25%. My wife and I are more than willing to tip generously these days, considering that workers have been affected by the pandemic. Your hours say open 2pm, your employees ignore that, they don't even answer the phone. I showed up 1:55 doors already locked. Last time I came you were out of pretty much all your bagels, I don't think the staff here cares much for customer service or commitment to store hours. I won't be back to this location

The breakfast burrito had an overcooked tortilla that was as hard as a rock, and the bacon was undercooked and too translucent. Overall, it was a complete disappointment. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. By the way, Einstein Bagels really needs to come to Sacramento!

When I arrived, there was a line extending out the door, but I was impressed by how quickly they managed to serve everyone. The farmhouse sandwich was absolutely delicious! Plus, I walked away with three free bagels just for completing the survey on my receipt. Reserva una mesa ahora

Friendly staff and clean store. Plenty of parking and now that they installed an intersection with signals it's much easier to get in and out. I use the Noah's app to order and the food is ready and placed sealed on a table for contactless pickup.

I ordered a breakfast Bagel on their app and it was ready when I got there. I didn't interact much with the employees but I did get a thank you have a good day from the entire crew that morning! Will definitely be returning!

One of the few places to spurge on every now and then. Bagels are always fresh and tasty, sandwiches are very good, and coffee is alright. 4.2/5.

We still can't sit inside! Great coffee. Good bagels. Yummy. Nova Lox on bagel and Farmers bagel.
