I cannot believe it took me so long to try this amazing local place. I am strict gluten and dairy free and I can eat so many fresh, organic items on the menu. Pad Thai was a thing of the past for me...until now. The Pad Thai is even better than any I ate before I was GF/DF. The portion is so large it was enough for both lunch and dinner. The papaya salad was clean and crunchy--very different which is a good thing. The owner suggested I try the much coveted ice cream sandwich for dessert--huge and I mean huge non dairy vanilla ice cream between 2 chocolate chip cookies. Wow he wasn't kidding about how great this tastes and why it usually sells out fast. The fact that I can eat so many choices and have a dessert options too is amazing. My friend has no food issues and also thought it was great. Plenty of tables to eat inside or take out. Neighborhood gem....tell your friends we need this place to live forever.

Must be fake reviews, Pad Thai is way below average, it has an acidic flavor, its a 1.5 on a 1-10 scale. I have 40 years experience with Thai food, this is not happening. $32 for 2 Pad Thai in paper bowls. Very friendly staff, almost no air conditioning on a 95 degree day..

I was visiting the area and needed vegan options- my husband and I came here two days in a row actually! The food was good, flavorful and service was excellent. I highly recommend Noodle Hub! The vegan spring rolls were the best!

Amazing Place! Food is so delicious and they have a vegan gluten-fee options. Their lettuce appetizer is a must! This is a food heaven!

Weirdly sweet? I love Thai food and eat it often. Ill give them another chance. Maybe it was just an off day?
