Always have loved this place. For the most part I've almost always received great customer service here, good food, HOT food, and if anything ever did go wrong it was QUICKLY handled and always with a smile and an apology. Genuine. And that's the way it should be everywhere, always! The managers are trained properly and portray to their employees good customer service and the employees are therefore equally as good. I always notice the comradeship between the employees while I'm there. They have fun. They smile. They laugh. Ordered BBQ chicken Mac and cheese 2 months ago, a chicken salad and a penne Rosa. Both the mac and cheese and the salad came without chicken. I called the store and they said they would send out some replacement entree coupons and I waited a month. They never came so I called them again and again they said sorry and said they would send out 3 coupons. Again never came. The managers at this store simply don’t care whether your food is right, if you want noodles go to a different store.
I ordered a Japanese pan noodle with steak from this restaurant location today 2/23/21 through Door Dash service. My food was delivered without an issue, the bag was sealed. Barely halfway through my food, I found two strands of blonde hair in my food (definitely not my hair). It's so disgusting, I lost my appetite, feel like I'm about to be sick. Will you please make sure your employee wear hair net or something? Cleanliness should be #1 priority.
I was really disappointed by this location. I did a to go order, and ordered no mushrooms (I’m allergic) and cauliflower pasta (gluten intolerant) I get home and was half way through my meal before I found part of a mushroom and there were regular spiral pasta mixed in as well. Glad I had my epi pen on hand, or I could be sitting in the hospital or worse

Quality of the food was good, it was hot and fresh, it's a little spendy for a small portion but it's just enough for a quick lunch, the buffalo chicken was a little bit on the crispy side but not bad, overall it was ok, definitely not worth the high price tag
We had to wait for almost 15 minutes before asking about our table and were told it would be an additional 20 minutes. It would have been helpful to know about the long wait time before we placed our order.
Went on a Friday night with My husband it was extremely busy but the staff was super on point so I saw them bagging up other people's orders and calling them out in an efficient manner. Food was great!
We placed an order for a company lunch and they had it ready early for us, the food was great and they wrote nice messages on the containers for us : Thank you!

Went there to get Mac n cheese with pulled pork and they got rid of that option. The chicken they topped it with was AWFUL. Won't be going back
It's food is great. I wouldn't bring a date here, but I would bring my significant other
