I used to eat here because it was near work, but I will never go here again. The last time I went, I added shrimp to my noodles. When I bit into one of them, I found that the shrimp hadn't been cleaned. The digestive tract, was still there. Poop and all. I could literally taste the poo of the shrimp. I was sick for two days. When I called to talk to a manager, they were dismissive and I didn't even get an apology. I got hung up on. I've emailed corporate and never got a response. I've even reached out through Facebook with no results. Let me reiterate. Noodles and Company DOES NOT CLEAN THEIR SHRIMP. It is served with the digestive tract and waste, and it will make you sick. I will never eat...
I would consider myself a connoisseur of noodles and company locations, where I have a mental ranking of all locations. This one is my favorite. My noodles are always perfectly yummy and the staff is above and beyond kind, especially the manager. It's always a nice escape from work to get my noodles for lunch from this specific location. For context of my experience, I have eaten here at least once a week for over a year.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The bowl I received was only half full, and I don't understand why fast food places are reducing portion sizes lately. I get that they want to make a profit, but it shouldn't come at the expense of the customers. I paid for a small bowl, so it should be filled properly. Come on, guys!
Never eating here again. They tried to charge me $3.50 for WATER! Make sure to bring your water bottles. Very rude workers as well, I just want water with my meal.

They was hair in the noodles and the service people refused to accept that it was their mistake and try to tell us that it was our hair which we put into
The staff were friendly and my food was made well and quickly. The place looked clean enough, but I'm guessing most of their business is takeout.
Absolutely wonderful experience and Kayleah was an absolute blessing. She has the best customer service and made our experience special.
Food quality and quantity has gone down considerably. Staff is not very friendly either.
