I am absolutely in love with the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad at this restaurant! The portion is generous and incredibly satisfying, making it perfect for those days when I don’t feel like cooking. The salad features all the classic Caesar ingredients, including croutons, parmesan cheese, and Romaine lettuce—definitely no iceberg lettuce here! If you enjoy a well-dressed salad, I recommend asking for extra dressing. Adding the Parmesan Chicken elevates the dish even further, and sometimes I like to sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoning on top at home for an extra flavor boost. It’s funny that I only order salads from a place called Noodles. I highly recommend giving it a try!
My teenage daughter was excited to try this restaurant, and it was my first visit, while she had been there once before. Overall, the food was quite good. However, I was surprised to find out that they don’t provide chopsticks, especially since they serve Asian noodles! Additionally, my daughter pointed out a problem with the soda machine—the drinks were too fizzy and didn’t have enough syrup. Despite these issues, I would still consider coming back, but I’ll be sure to bring my own chopsticks next time!
I experienced several issues with my order. The Alfredo dish, which was supposed to have cheddar instead of the usual cheese, came without any Alfredo sauce or cheddar at all. Instead, I was served just buttered noodles with spinach, tomatoes, chicken, and mushrooms. Additionally, the kids' meal was missing both the side of Rice Krispies and the juice for the children.
The tomato basil bisque had a strange, fermented taste, suggesting it was quite old. It didn't even look like a proper bisque; we initially mistook it for a sauce. The cashier appeared confused and didn't seem to know they served it until we brought it up. I really hope other locations aren't this disappointing.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional service! I've made a few complicated orders, and they've always executed them perfectly. Even when I've made mistakes and needed to place a new order, they handle it promptly and accurately, and the food is consistently delicious!
Noodles Company charges higher prices for orders made through DoorDash compared to those placed in person or via their app. Buying directly at the restaurant can save you around $8 to $10 on the same meal. Customers should keep this extra cost in mind.
I almost didn’t get my drink with my takeout order. The Greek salad came without dressing, half of the mixed greens were wilted, and the avocado was brown. The only thing that stood out was the cheese sticks, which were tasty.
I ordered online for pickup, and the food was ready as soon as I arrived. It stayed warm and delicious by the time I got home. I have no complaints; everything was efficient and easy. Just like the type of women I appreciate!

Overall, it's a good restaurant. However, I found my spicy Korean noodle bowl to be a bit overly saucy, and the potsticker wrappers were softer than I like. That said, I had a nice experience overall.
