I don’t know why Trip Advisor said this restaurant is closed because we had an excellent lunch there yesterday. We were scheduled to take the Cross Sound Ferry but arrived early and wanted to get some lunch. We were fortunate that there was a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. We ate outside and service at the outdoor tables was prompt and efficient. One of us had Pad Thai with chicken and the other had shrimp spring rolls, both of which were tasty. While we were there, another couple sat down outside with 3 well behaved dogs. The restaurant servers brought water for the couple and quickly returned with bowls of water for the dogs. This deserves an extra star in our book! Overall...
Very welcoming, friendly, and efficient team. They took our reservation and had a table waiting for us since we had tickets to a show. We started with Chicken Curry Puffs, then Pineapple Fried Rice, Panang Curry with Chicken and Massaman Curry with Steak, as well as very nice Thai Iced Teas. My only criticism is that the Massaman Curry was very mild. I expected more kick ftom it. So specify your heat level, and you will love this gem.Parking: Municipal parking lot around the corner. Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings—what else do I need to say? The food here is truly fantastic. It may be a bit pricey for the portion sizes, but the flavors make it worth every penny. It's a charming little spot on Bank Street, conveniently located near the ferry, train stations, and highway. We often order takeout to enjoy by the water, but the interior is cute and can accommodate around 30 people. Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
Very good food and drinks well worth it for the quality and service we were visiting from New York me and my boyfriend and had the dumplings Tom kah pineapple fried rice with shrimp and steak salad really good flavor .The two women their were so nice and attentive even gave me chocolate at the end couldnt of asked for a better experience when stumbling across here tonight on accident : will return again when we are visiting

This restaurant is a fantastic stop near the ferry. It's easy to access, both to and from the location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is excellent. There's convenient parking right in front of the entrance, and the place is extremely clean. Being so close to the ferry is a big plus. The menu is very delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
During our visit to New London, we decided to check out Noodles and Rice Bistro, and I'm so glad we did! It has quickly become one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the state. The restaurant was clean and bright, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding—I can't stop thinking about their beef stew and the shrimp in the pot dish! Food rating: 5/5.
Absolutely treat! Friendly, welcoming staff and phenomenal food. Duck Avacado Curry special was amazing. Chef's Noodles was delicious. Can't wait for another visit so we can try more dishes.Dietary restrictions: Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
A charming restaurant in New London, it offers the best Thai food I've experienced in Connecticut! The atmosphere is pleasant, and the dishes are incredibly tasty. I highly recommend trying the Pad See Ew and the Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings.

I absolutely adore this hidden gem! Every dish is beautifully presented, and the ambiance is cozy and tastefully decorated. My favorite is the duck roll, and their lychee martini is undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever tasted!
