Holy cow, I have never seen this in all my life. We show up at this place just after they open. The glasses had streaks and lip marks on them as if not washed from the night before. The waitress/bartender, I seriously watched grab a pitcher of another used table bring it to the bar, not wash it, fill it with ice and water and bring it to our table for us to use. The food was decent but the service was insane. She forgot to take one of our party member order to which the member had to walk up to the bar to give her the order. Food is decent/good, service has been consistently bad. It's the closest restaurant in the area so it tends to be a go-to when we don't want to cook. I don't know if I've ever gotten a to-go order correct from them. We tried calling to complain before when missing stuff and got a big verbal shrug. They told us we could drive back (instead of just comping us). I've also had generally indifferent service when I've been dining in. Waiters who ignore you when there's only a couple tables but stand around chatting at the bar; forgotten to go orders that were supposed to take 20 minutes and when you ask after 40 minutes they look startled and suddenly scurry to fill it, and it's still missing item...

We visited the restaurant tonight and ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, but it didn't specify all the ingredients. Unfortunately, my 14-year-old wasn’t a fan of the pickled onions or the 14 pickles that were on it. Our server was kind enough to give us a discount on that one. As for the Mac and Cheese, it was quite disappointing; it lacked any flavor and was very bland. The pretzels we ordered were also tasteless, and the cheese sauce was runny and unappetizing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, and we won't be coming back.

I ordered takeout and got the delicious Habanero chicken wings (they taste like Buffalo sauce with a slight kick, but I was hoping for a bit more heat), Chicken Quesadilla (also incredibly tasty), and fries. Next time, I'll be sure to take some pictures of the food. It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was impressed by the nice atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Great service, food was good and drinks were good. We came here for a mid day lunch and a few cocktails and were very happy with the service, attentiveness and food. We had a black and blue burger and a steak salad. Both cooked well and would order both of them again. Drinks were good and the bartender was friendly, attentive and quick. Would highly recommend if in the area or want to check out a new local spot.

Stopped here Friday night for dinner. The food was great, ordered a burger and the beef was an inch thick, perfectly cooked. The staff was attentive and friendly. Good atmosphere with a bar in the back and plenty of seating up front. Place was clean inside and out. Only recommend they replace lights in sign so easier to see, but we will be back. Highly recommended!

I feel guilty when restaurants are short staffed. It makes me feel like helping them. Food is good, staff is great, and it's a comfortable environment. However, I took my family twice this week, and the music was blaring because there was a party on the patio. I love loud music, but not when it is distorted. Only reason I gave 4 stars.

This neighborhood pub is just perfect for me. Menu is good, varied with something for everyone, even a children's menu. I've stopped in a few times now and everything I've had is delicious. Great friendly staff, great variety of beers. Thank You Normandy Park Ale House!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice place for bar food. Good choices on the menu. They were busy but did their best to keep up. Food arrived fast.
