Customer service really shined through today. 'I ordered a burger and let 's just say it was a little over cooked. I wasn 't going to say anything but thought why not mention it so the next person has a better experience The Manager Dixie did an excellent job of making me feel heard and not only offered to have a new burger brought out (which I declined) but also made the adjustment to our bill because I wasn 't happy with my food. I appreciated that she didn 't argue and respected the fact that I wasn 't pleased with my order and did what 's he thought necessary to fix the issue.

They get two stars due to the fact that it took a server about 15 minutes just to come and ask us if we wanted something to drink and then after that one placing our order we were being rushed through it by the waitress and as soon as she got annoyed anytime we ask for anything or we needed something at our table so overall service they got a two quality of food I would give them a four cleaning your best cleanliness of restaurant and bathroom a three

Checked my reviews. I rarely chose less than 3 stars. Been here couple times, service food were average, good price. But today, our waitress was sweet, but me and my kids waiting one hour to get good. Ordered 1016, got food at 1018. Very disappointed and i decided to take my kids here because I want to skip making bfast before we head out to Laguna Beach, hoping will be quicker. In turn, we are waiting too long, it delays our plans. Sucks

ordered a steak and eggs and received the wrong eggs and the wrong kartoffels. wanted French riders instead of hathbrowns and protein instead of rührei. why they offer the opportunity to order eggs and kartomas when it is thrown out of the window

It was very . hot in the area where we were seated. I wasn't happy my Nina got sick from it being hot . Inside the dining area.,I was with my mon and Nina . .Seem like the air conditioning wasn't working at all.
