Every visit to Norm has been special for us, but this particular occasion stood out. We were having a conversation that lasted longer than usual, and the waitress sensed how meaningful it was. She graciously allowed us to talk for over two hours. We also treated ourselves to a strawberry shake. At the end of the evening, as we walked to the car, we took a moment to sit and reflect. Then she looked me in the eye and said, "I love you, Richard." It was a truly memorable experience. Norm has officially become our favorite restaurant!
They get two stars due to the fact that it took a server about 15 minutes just to come and ask us if we wanted something to drink and then after that one placing our order we were being rushed through it by the waitress and as soon as she got annoyedanytime we ask for anything or we needed something at our table so overall service they got a two quality of food I would givethem a four cleaning your best cleanliness of restaurant and bathroom a three
We immediately brought this to the waiter's attention, and he simply said he would get the manager. However, the manager took about 30 minutes to come over because he had to step out to get hamburger buns. Despite the delays, we decided to eat the food, which again, was quite tasty.
Sadly, I don't think we'll be returning. It brought back nostalgic memories, as this was a place we enjoyed going to on Sundays when we were growing up in San Gabriel.
Norms these days is really lukewarm or miss with a lot more misses. It was so much better years back. I think the food quality is worse now, portions are smaller, staff is always short, and more rude. It isn?t one thing, but everything that hasunfortunately turned a great diner that we went to twice a week into a no go now. You can feel management wants to squeeze moreprofit out at the guest expense which is unfortunate.

It was thanks giving and it was late and the food was outstanding on point hats off to the chef thanks for being out here cooking for your community instead of being with your families and friends. We are bachelor's. We're not going to bake aturkey. Let's just put that out there... So lucky norms gets us and was open.... I'm thankful for that
I came in 10/29/23 with a party of 13 people. We split our group into two parties. The gentleman with glasses was the best. He sat us down close to eachother. Our server's name was Alondra. She was super patient and kind with the kids. Alondra and the gentleman in the front were the main reason we had such a great experience.
The waiter, Reymundo was slow. At the time I placed my order I asked for extra butter. After he brought my food he didn't bring the butter. Had to ask again. When he delivered the butter he took off. I had to flag him down for the Syrup. Just poorservice.
There’s something about Norm's that really satisfies. The New York steak was delicious! A big thanks to our server, Nick, for taking such good care of us. We’ll definitely be returning to this Norm’s soon.

I went with my friend and we ordered the baby back ribs, steak, potato salad, and soup. It was the best meal I’ve ever had, and I’m usually a picky eater. The waitress provided excellent service as well.
Food is delicious and reasonable prices. Mitchel Is the best. Very accommodating.
