Norms - Reserva de mesa

We had a wonderful experience at this Norms location. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was quick. Our server, Jody, was excellent and provided us with top-notch service. We felt that the quality of the food and service here surpassed many other restaurants we have visited recently. The only downside was that they were out of Mac N Cheese for our child and didn't have blueberry topping for my pancakes. Despite these small issues, we still give this restaurant 4 stars. We understand that it is a busy time of season, but it was a bit disappointing to not have those options available.

Norm's is a must-try for those looking for generous portions and hearty meals. We dined at Norm's twice during our week-long stay in Costa Mesa, and tonight's dinner did not disappoint. The menu is extensive, the portion sizes are more than enough, the cleanliness and service are top-notch, and the food is delicious. My wife ordered a steak and said it was one of the best she's ever had. Norm's is a must-visit spot for anyone in the area.

My family and I really enjoy eating at Norms. Last night we had dinner and Billy was our server. Billy is fantastic! He provided us with exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. When my son accidentally left his phone behind, Billy quickly ran to return it to us. We will definitely be returning thanks to Billy's hard work. We truly appreciate it!

The restaurant was noisy, and I ended up paying more for my waffle and two eggs than I had anticipated. I had only gone there because a friend recommended it, but I would have preferred to go to IHOP where I could have paid much less. As a visitor, I see no reason to return to this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and the prices were cheaper than I expected, especially under the current management. Ms. Jody was my waitress, and she provided excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
