Service was excellent; including hostess, wait staff manager. The calamari appetizer was terrible not edible extremely greasy, batter quite thick, tempura like over cooked. The waiter was apologetic, offered other appetizer options, which we declined then immediately took it back to the kitchen. Mananger came over also apologized; said she’d take it up with kitchen staff removed it from our final bill. Dinner food that was ordered delicious! We were asked to please make a dessert selection that would be complimentary; also tasty! All the staff could not have been more accommodating! We will definitely go back again to North Italia at Perimeter.

We have dined here multiple times and consistently have a wonderful experience! The service is always warm and welcoming from the moment you enter, and the staff remains very attentive throughout your meal. On our first visit, we ordered four entrees to share, and each dish was delicious. North Italia offers a fantastic alternative to the typical large Italian chain restaurants in the city. If you’re in search of something unique, definitely give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

The restaurant was crowded and we were seated promptly at a nice booth. We waited 50 minutes for our food after ordering so we were hungry. We had chicken parm, short rib, crushed beef bolognese--all delicious! Bread with balsamic vinegar not worth revisiting. We were very pleased and would go back.

The service was acceptable, but we received our salad and main courses at the same time. By the time I finished the salad, the hot food had cooled down. Additionally, we ran out of drinking water during our meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

This was my second visit, and the food wasn't quite as good this time around. However, overall, it's a nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere.
