This place has incredible, authentic flavors for noodles as well as appetizers. I could not believe how good the tripe skewers were! The lamb and beef noodle soup bowls were straight out of Gansu Province (I'm guessing, it's been a while), and that is high praise!
Absolutely amazing! The food is incredibly delicious, and the waitress is fantastic too! I can’t wait to eat there every time I finish work! The mutton braised noodles are especially a must-try, along with the three cold dishes!
The noodle soup is exceptionally fresh and delicious. The braised bean noodles are good as well, but they are a bit dry and lack sufficient flavor. Additionally, the dough isn't chewy enough, so I wouldn't recommend that dish.

Simple setting- but unique and fresh tasting food. We ordered the beef wraps cumin noodles and bean curd. Big portions and the noodles were savory and chewy. I liked the touch of cilantro on the wraps.
A complex combination of Northern Chinese food. Great taste of lamb and supposed to be popular among the lamb lovers. Cold dishes could be chosen by one's own.
Portion is a bit small for the price. Fresh ingredients I say but the taste is a bit plain.Decent place to grab lunch/diner with short waiting time.
