Burger was very expensive considering it was overworked, probably used a burger press to make it since the meat was dense and rubbery. The onion rings on the burger didn't have the film removed so were chewy instead of having a nice bite and there was only one sad and floppy piece of bacon on it. Chilli cheese fries were decent however the fries were too thin and not crisp enough to hold up to the chilli so were soggy and floppy as soon as they reached the table. Usually I wouldn't rate this badly but the price is unacceptable for what seems to be very inexperienced chefs producing sub-par meals. We came here a few times as they have great beers and the atmosphere and service are nice. It's a relaxed pub so if you're looking for a posh place this is not it. If you're looking for tasty pub food, big portions for a great price, this is definitely the one. Because of all of these, this has now become our go-to place for a chill evening.
Food was very tasty and plentiful. We did find the portions of filling a bit too much. There is a point at which it is so rich it starts to make you feel a little sick. But the quality was good, the prices fine and the service friendly. Cocktails were good. It is good food and drink, if you can handle the richness of the plentiful fillings.
1st time here and cannot fault anything about it, food was fresh and delicious and didn't wait ages on it either. Great place for cocktails as well. Perfect for for pre/post theatre dinner or drinks if attending a show at the pavilion as its not far. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back

The chicken wings were a delight and so were the burgers. The portions were very generous. The buffalo wings was so delectable. The girls made sure to keep checking in and they were being attentive without being intrusive. Everything was top notch and made the experience wholesome.
Claims to be accessible, has a small lip to get in, if you can get over that the accessible toilets are no good, stacked high with furniture so you can't get a wheelchair in and no working light.
This place has a great selection of cocktails and shooters. It usually has tables free, centrally located, and also does good deals on food wing night, hot dogs, etc.
The service, food, and atmosphere at this restaurant are all 10/10. I am seriously considering returning to Glasgow just to dine here again.
