Really excited to try this new hot pot spot that was recommended by a friend but left disappointed, disgusted, and sick. The service here is horrible unless you get a table right by the front. My friends and I sat in the back by the window but no server ever came by to check on us. We had to wave down multiple servers through out our meal. One of the meats we ordered never came out. When we finally waved someone over, they informed us they were out of it. If we had not asked, I doubt they would have even cared to tell us. This was my first time ever eating hot pot, definitely will not be my last. I absolutely LOVED everything about it. It was a whole vibe. It's a whole experience like no other.Now being it was my 1st time of course I was clueless about how things worked. It was an Asian younger man that wore glasses that was the host/server. He seemed to have what some might call an attitude. Real bland stale kinda guy. Didn't bother me that much but he explained the menu but stale not in detail. Met with friends for dinner and it was enjoyable. Their menu was comprehensive but also there were guidance as to how to order for a group and what would be favorable selection from each category of the menu offerings that made it simple for night of good uninterrupted conversation. Ambiance was moderate to loud noise so having conversations when the restaurant filled up was difficult. Their sauce bar is great however it is overwhelming due to too many options and the unlimited combinations. Have to be intentional and decisive before going to the sauce bar. The price per person was reasonable.

My date took me here for the first time last night and it was a nice experience. Never been to a hot pot restaurant prior so it was all new and exciting. Loved the vibe of the restaurant with R&B Korean music and hip hop Korean music. It was decorated for Valentine?s Day which added a touch of whimsy too. Food we got the prime ribeye beef and fish balls with vegetables and a side of rice. I selected the chicken soup for my hot pot personally. I loved the make your own
For two people, expect to spend over $100 for the all-you-can-eat option at this restaurant. Is it worth it? Not really, as it is expensive and offers similar options to other hot pot places. There are no new toppings, crabs, or crawfish available. However, the ingredients are fresh. The most interesting aspect is the decor, but unfortunately, you cannot eat that. I suggest coming for the experience rather than the food.
This place is still my favorite hot pot spot! My favorite broth is Tonkostsu; it's rich, creamy, savory; and full of flavors it just goes so well with all the meats, seafood and vegetables. The dipping sauces give the dish an extra flavor bomb! It was a bit disappointing this time: the service was a bit slow, not as friendly; and they didn't have me in the waitlist but i received a text confirmation.
The food was delicious and we enjoyed all the different options. Staff was very attentive and everything came out extremely fast. There is a conveyer belt that brings food out or you can order what you want on the iPad at the table. Parking is limited but we got lucky and found a spot right by the restaurant. There is a parking garage close if you aren’t as lucky.

The atmosphere and music was great. This is my 3rd time here and the food is always good. Our waiter was kind and made sure everything was ok whenever he finished helping another table. Overall if you’ve never had hot pot I would recommend coming here.Food: 5/5
