Our reservation was made for people, they tried sitting us at a table for Once seated, we waited awhile for a server to greet us, but she brought water with. We then had to hunt her down to order other beverages. They were out of multiple things on their menu. Multiple other tables had received their food and were out the door while we waited for our food. We finally asked how long it would be and then it was brought out shortly after. The food we received was not great. There was a hair in one of the wraps we received, the Mac n cheese looked as if it sat under a heat lamp for awhile, another wrap had one tiny piece of chicken in it with a huge amount of lettuce barely any dressing. Waited a long time for drink order and when we got them (they did look similar) but the server said sorry they might be mixed up I donât know whoâs whoâs. Then we waited another minutes at least to have our order taken and food was not warm when we got it. Had to ask the bartender for another drink because no one came back to us for so long. Was super disappointed because I heard their food was great. I think it would be maybe in different circumstances but definitely not last night. Also FYI had to drive around for minutes almost for parking so keep this in mind if making a reservation!
Ordered a beer. They didn't have it so they gave me a different beer that was kind of like the one I ordered, not even close. Ordered appetizers, they came back to tell me they had neither. minutes after the appetizers came out our burger and chicken sandwich came out. I ordered soup with my burger and it came with flavorless kettle chips. I was told they were out of soup so they substituted chips for me. I then ordered their famous bacon fat popcorn only to be told they were out of bags so I couldn't bring any home to the kiddos. This was at on a Saturday
that was in order. we ordered the Brussel-Spieß-appet and during the taste was good, the spits were hard and not very crispy. our escapes were good (the chicken caeser wrap, the bark and the cheese and the spicy chicken sandwich,) the sides were not good. the boiler chips, cole Slav and pommes were all very bland and the pommes were muddy. Service with Kaitlynn F was very good. Some delays due to many events in area. Food was tasty with generous portions. Our table had the curds and smash burgers. Slight error in first effort to deliver entrees (incorrect sides) but issue promptly addressed. I will be back again to try additional menu items!
