Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

I never had a problem here. I thought on Friday night for my turtle sunshade. I waited while the workers ordered others that it was before me. Once they're done, they must have forgotten that I was there because nobody asked me for my order. I'm waiting patiently. They're all done and talk together. Until another customer came in and took care of them. It wasn't good with me. Now I see she's white and I'm black. Okay here in Elmhurst. I asked if someone would accept my order that they all looked at each other. Then the black young lady went to me and asked me if she could help me. I refuse to spend my money that's green like any other where they ignore me. Never back.

I'm picking up an order. The person who is making the orders told me my order will be the last item he makes. I think there are at least three people who ordered after I arrived. I dont appreciate having to wait. Edit. There were two people who ordered after I got here who already got their food. Its been atleat 10 min. My advise, dont order from here. Edit #2: It seems the guy didn't like that I was standing by the counter. I wonder why...

This is by far my favorite ice rink. I've been here in Oberweis for almost two decades. Every time people visit the area, I always bring them here or get some ice from here. This is a must try space!! Unfortunately, I moved out of the state so that I can't get this ice unless I visit Illinois. I recently visited for 3 days and I had this ice more than once! No, where else the rich cream of Oberwies ice cream can be compared.

My encounter with a male shift leader at Oberweis was less than satisfactory. Their focus on socializing with colleagues appeared to overshadow their responsibilities, leading to a noticeable drop in operational efficiency. Additionally, he displayed a shocking lack of respect towards both his staff and customers. A stronger commitment to leadership and professionalism would greatly benefit the team and customers alike.

Best ice cream and milkshakes ever! Love they have board games and you can just hang around. It is very rich in taste. Make sure after eating this ice cream, you will not enjoy other ice cream!

Workers was extremely rude and had an attitude when I only tried to ask simple questions about the menu. And then I didn't have the advertised smoothie I wanted.

Gone here a couple times. Best chocolate milk I've had. The workers are all young, yet they're very professional and respectful.
