This place is primarily known for its stunning views and beautiful sunsets, making it a popular choice for special occasions. We visited on a Sunday to celebrate my birthday with a small family gathering, totaling four people. Upon arrival, the valet service was excellent and professional, providing clear directions to the entrance. The wait to be greeted and shown to our table was relatively short. Our server was polite but somewhat disengaged, likely due to fatigue, as she appeared to be in need of a break. Terrible! We arrived right at 12pm, and ordered right away. We waited half an hour for the appetizer, which is 12:40. Then we began to wait for the entree. At 13:00, we asked the server to rush the order since I have appointment. After 10min, 13:10, we got the entree. We ordered for steak sandwich. However, we got the steak instead. Then the server took to the steak and told us steak sandwich is on the way. We asked for the check at same time ,13:10pm. After another 30min, we did not get the check and the sandwich. We asked the server to push the order. She said; it’s on the way! Another 5 min, she came and said it’s coming out 13:35. At 13:40, we got the check, but still waiting for the san...
Ocean is a nice place for Happy Hour the two days a week it is offered. We have been here many times before over the years. Very disappointed to see a $12 water charge on the bill today. If asked it you want water be sure to clarify what type and at what cost. Shame they are resorting to this scam when water consumption is essential in the 90+ heat sitting outside and at Happy Hour no less.
This restaurant made me feel as though I was somewhere out in Ft. Lauderdale, eating dinner by the beach! My family came for dinner here and I was impressed with the food, the service and the atmosphere! They even had live music and steel pan!! 100% recommend here! Worth the price and the visit! The minute you walk in, you feel like you've traveled to Miami or Puerto Rico or one of those beautiful beach resorts. Food was delicious, servers were friendly, and the view is absolutely beautiful! We caught the sunset which made it even more special! I will definately be coming back!
John c was a great waiter and was very attentive 5 out of 5 for him! James the manager was amazing!! He came over multiple times to check On us and even ran out to the parking lot to bring our credit card when we left it!!!! First time there but will definitely be back!!!!
