Went to do a quiz that was advertised. Called in to check a few hours before (It is rule #1 to check beforehand) to see if it was on. It wasn 't. I told them their phone wasn 't working, she implied it was not their fault. I told them their quiz was advertised today, she said it wasn 't (advertised).
