This place used to be excellent during Covid and was my favorite. Now, the chicken tastes like just batter. The cook was eating while preparing food for other customers. The staff were sitting at a table, filling sauces and eating at the same time. I had to clean off the table and booth myself. My wife even found herself eating an entire clove of garlic. The staff aren't friendly and seem more focused on their phones than their work. Half of the fountain drinks were not available. This is my first-ever review, but the owner needs to hear this because even my friends and family have noticed the same issues.
The tofu at this restaurant is wonderfully crispy on the outside while being silky smooth on the inside, making it absolutely delicious. They are also happy to substitute the tofu for meat options for those who prefer them. The fried rice contains some egg, but they can prepare it without if you ask, and there's also a steam-free version available. The veggie steam rolls were flavorful, and the veggie entree served with rice was quite enjoyable as well. As of January 6, 2021, they have fixed the problem of having ice in the fried rice.
I'm not from Dalton, Georgia, but while I was exploring the area, I spotted this place from the road. I decided to stop by since I had some time to sit down and get some work done on my phone. This is definitely one of the best hibachi places I've ever visited! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The shrimp was possibly the best-seasoned shrimp I've ever had, and they cooked the steak to perfection. I can't wait to eat here again in the future!
This place hit the spot! We found this gem at 9:30 on a Saturday night after a softball tournament. The food was fast and was very good. 3 steak and shrimps plus fried rice hit the spot. We will hit this place again the next time we are in Dalton. Only suggestion would be to either add a spoon to the to go utensils or change the fork to spork.

I visited Oki-Hibachi today during my 30-minute break, and I'm pleased to say I had a great experience. Frey welcomed me right when I walked in, even though he was busy with other customers. He took my order efficiently and brought out my food just as quickly. I highly recommend everyone to stop by! A shoutout to my guy!
I love hibachi chicken and rice but I've had to stop eating here. The chicken is disgusting. It's like they use all the bad parts of the meat that you would normally trim away. It's just disgusting.
Ninja Platter was quiet big. Was not easy to finish. Taste was moderate. Food served very quickly with kind staff. Enough for quick lunch.
My co-worker and I love this place so much we have our monthly meeting over a bowl of General Tso's. Food is the best.
