We went for dinner last night, and we had a decent experience. There was no wait around 6 PM, so we were shown a booth immediately. Our server quickly took our order. While they were good, it took quite a while for our drinks to get to the table. Once our food was served, the server didn't check back in until we were done and ready for the check. We would have ordered another round of drinks during dinner if our server would have dropped by. The Pepperoni Rolls and the calzone were delicious; the food is definitely consistent. We'll probably come back at some point for the food and the impressive beer list.
The kitchen staff is fantastic. I have very specific dietary needs, and the kitchen managers have always been accommodating with my request for a crustless pizza. Thank you all for consistently delivering excellent service and looking after us, even with my unusual requests. I genuinely appreciate everything you do!
It was my first visit in four years, and I came to enjoy a final lunch with my mom, who was visiting from California. The experience was bittersweet, but being there made it all worthwhile. We had a fantastic meal and excellent service, and the young man at the front desk was incredibly kind and respectful.
On this day (Thursday) the restaurant part was not open at 4 so we sat in a booth at the bar. The single waitress there was super attentive, got us our food and drinks quickly even though she had about ten tables. The two pizzas we ordered were cooked perfectly. 10 out of 10 for this visit!

Got me a Beer Cheese Burger and a flight of some crazy variety of brews! The beer cheese in Old Chicago is always great and the burger was bomb for the first time. The food took a bit longer then I would have expected it too and the waitress seemed a bit distracted however.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was blown away by the stunning view from inside. The staff was very respectful, and my server, Ben, was particularly impressive. He answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly. Overall, a fantastic experience!
I have to say, the new nachos on the menu for Cinco de Mayo were absolutely fantastic. I really hope they become a permanent fixture! The Anaheim peppers were also delicious, as was the salsa—perfectly balanced and not too spicy, just how I like it!
