Really terrible experience last night. What a shame especially because Olive Garden is one of my favorite places. I usually go to the one in Danbury but this one was closer. My waiter was not very good at all. He dropped someone’s order on the floor and from that moment on he was quite aggressive, he was kinda putting our dishes down hard on the table and I could just feel he was kind of unapproachable and I didn’t ask for anything else. There was not many people there and although there were plenty of booths available we still got seated in the back at a regular table because everyone was clearly too lazy to go clean a booth. Four of us went to the restaurant on Friday to celebrate my girlfriend's daughter's 16th birthday. The ambiance was extra beautiful so we decided to order from the lunch menu after explaining that our buses were late. I thoroughly enjoyed my enormous portion of aubergine parmigiana, but my girlfriend and her daughters ordered the shrimp scampi without realizing it was made with asparagus and chopped tomatoes. They enjoyed the shrimp and asked to have the pasta and tomatoes packed to go. (I happily ate her asparagus!) Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service!
We went to lunch. Our sever Mariah was great! The food was delicious. Very recommended raspberry lemonade. The place was clean, so was the bathroom. Everyone was kind and greeted us when we came in and passed away when we went. We'll be back.
A favorite among my grandkids! The kids' meals are quite affordable, making it a great choice. Overall, it’s far better than my experiences at other chain restaurants.
