POOR DINING EXPERIENCE (waited 40 minutes)
In my experience, the service was extremely lacking. The servers were busy attending to other tables but completely ignored mine. I watched as other customers were seated and served while I waited about 40 minutes, thinking they must have been overwhelmed. Despite calling for assistance through the tablet and the red light flashing, no one came to help. When my partner and I decided to leave, a staff member cleaning a nearby table noticed us and asked if we had been attended to. I explained that we had not, while other tables around us were being served. He urged us to stay and even called over the server responsible for our table, but that server...
My niece surprised me today by treating me to Olive Garden. It was pretty busy for a Friday night, wait time was about 20-25 minutes. It took about 15 minutes to get our table. We were seated by the bar and Alex was our server. He was super friendly and helpful. I had a question about a meal and he went above and beyond to show me a photo of what they looked like and explained the difference between to two. His service was excellent and he always had a big smile. Thank you Alex for your AMAZING service. We appreciate you.
One downside is that the wait at this location is often quite long, so it's best to plan your visit during off-peak hours. If you do decide to go during the busy lunch or dinner rush, be sure to make a reservation in advance, as they don’t accept same-day reservations. I went with a party of three around 5:45 p.m. and ended up waiting about 15 to 20 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn’t half full at the time. Once we were seated, however, the service was excellent, and I have no complaints.
Absolutely wonderful service at this location. The wait was a little bit too much, but the food, the staff and overall experience was wonderful. Our server Luis was the best, really attentive all night and he got our orders out really quick. Myfamily and I will definitely be coming to this location again.

We were here at 1 pm on Saturday. Not busy and the service is pretty good. Spacious and delicious food. Endless soup and Salas always our choices to pick. The kids meal is a great deal and y two kids 4 yr and 7rd) finish all the food on their plates.Definitely will come back again and again.
I went for the never ending pasta bowl. The whole experience was great. Parking is easy, I had immediate seating, the wait staff was very friendly and the food was hot and flavorful. Five stars.
Lunch special is good. The price is between $10-12. You may choose one from soups or salad with the main dish. There are not that many people during the lunch time in this place.
Food was okay but the customer service was horrible. Felt like the lady who served us had a bad day, she didn’t serve well.

The food was fantastic; they stick to classic dishes without experimenting too much. Plus, the service was outstanding!
$60 dinner for two is a good price.The waitress was very polite and very attentive.
