Everything there is great, but i love their Mexican dishes especially. *update* food was still great. Seemed like they have a new crew because it seemed very difficult to ring up a souper bowl omelet. Service was slower then normal with only a fewother tables around 11am the tables were all dirty. As i cleaned my own table the thing that really angered me was seeing thetwo young teens that looked like brothers who were standing in the corner facing my direction. One couldn't stop spinning hisdirty cleaning rag like a pizza right next to food pickup the other was glued to his phone. Gave Once Upon A Grill another chance and ordered through a delivery service. Complete fail. They didn't include any of the bagels or bialys from my order! Also my steak that I asked for RARE was completely BURNT. Charged me almost $2 for some cheese that I asked for on top of eggs. Also, do not get avocado toast here. It's literally a little bit of avocado smeared on a couple pieces of bread for $8. Did they switch owners after the pandemic? Complete rip-off. Not worth it! Do not recommend.
I rated this place 2 stars because the bagels were nowhere near as good as those from Jewel. Here, they charge $2.50 each, while Jewel sells theirs for just $1. If you try an Asiago cheese bagel from Jewel and then one from this place, you'll notice a significant difference, or the same goes for any type of bagel. I have nothing against this establishment, but the reality is that they offer a lower-quality product, and because of that, I probably won't return based on my experience.
