I was informed that they couldn't accommodate my request for two different styles in my order, yet when I arrived, I saw it being advertised on one of their screens. Their staff definitely needs better training. Additionally, I believe I caught a stomach flu from their food; I've been dealing with it for over a week now. This was my first and last time trying their food. Honestly, I don't understand why people recommended it; it's not that great—just average, in my opinion.

I can't say much about the flavor of the fish itself, as it’s fairly straightforward; its taste is largely shaped by the dressing and the tartaric acid that comes with it. The restaurant is very clean and conveniently situated next to El Súper and Target.

Whenever I visit, the restaurant is always exceptionally clean. The food is delicious! I've consistently experienced great customer service. I would rate it a perfect 10/10—the staff is very polite, attentive, and helpful.
