We love Ono because it’s easy to grab lunch for our staff as we are neighbors. Food is always great and we probably get takeout 2 to 3 times a week from you guys and we spend about a $100 each time. Service has been good not great, but this time the young lady helping us went a little over board. Now, our order was for 6 people and we asked for hot sauce she gave us a handful and we did asked for a bit more and she handed some more. When we asked for a little bag for our teriyaki sauce she make an, “ummmmmm” sound as if we had inconvenienced her in some way. This establishment really needs to be inspected by the health department. The employees' complete lack of shame and audacity is astonishing. How can they possibly have the nerve to serve us food that has been sitting out for who knows how long? I am left in disbelief and completely traumatized after what felt like a near-death experience; I was choking on the cold, chewy food that caused me a sore throat and a stomach ache. I truly hope they don't make anyone else sick. It's disturbing to consider how unhygienic this place must be to have caused food poisoning in multiple people.
Unfortunately, I have to leave a very negative review. The atmosphere was completely dead and unwelcoming, so cold it could shelter Eskimos. My girlfriend and I were really hungry and excited for a delicious meal, but the food was surprisingly cold and stale, which is hard to believe for a Hawaiian BBQ spot. Honestly, I’d suggest they just close up shop and put caution tape across the doors, because this is food I wouldn’t even feed my dog. In fact, my dog might even give me a side eye if I put it in his bowl. Definitely not recommended.
This place always gets my order wrong whether it’s busy or I’m the only customer in there. I ask to have no macaroni . They do the exact opposite they don’t give me any vegetables or rice and only macaroni. This is the third time this has happened. This time I went in there was a worker crying in the corner and when she came back to work she was very rude. Even to her coworkers. All the other locations I have been to have been great.

To make matters worse, when I ordered, she mentioned it would be for takeout. I asked her why, and she said, "Oh, we're getting ready to close." I was surprised, considering it was only 7:45 and they close at 9 PM. She didn’t respond to that. What kind of service is this? It’s no wonder the place is always empty. I won’t be returning.
The service was quick and friendly. They made a mistake with my order, but it was easily fixed without any problems. It would be helpful to have menus available on the countertop and perhaps on the condiments table as well. The constantly changing menu shown on the TV can be confusing. The food is delicious.
This place in southgate has gone down, they have new workers and the service is terrible, the people cooking bad, the people taking your order bad.
Cashier to much on there phones instead focusing on the customers food sitting there. Keep ur phone away. Pulling out every minute. Your working.

Absolutely satisfying! I ordered the mixed seafood, and it was fantastic. Definitely worth your time if you want to satisfy your appetite!
I've been wanting to try this food place out, and today was the day. Their food was not disappointing. Food was fresh and not burnt.
