The food is good , the staff are very polite and helpful . The service is average and the atmosphere is a bunch of messy tables and booths . The tables were dirty and the condiments table was a mess . The atmosphere made this place feel and look GHETTO ‍. The wait time is 20 minutes and still counting just for two plates. They seem to prioritize their UberEATS orders and stack plates for delivery, while dine-in customers are left waiting for a long time without any attention. This is quite frustrating. They also need to improve their customer service overall.

When this restaurant first opened, the food was expertly prepared, likely because the older chefs took their work more seriously. Now, however, everything seems rushed and burnt. The younger staff don't seem to care as much about the quality.

I'm not sure about this location; sometimes the food is great, and other times it's not good at all. There have been instances when I've barely received any vegetables, and other times my chicken has been incredibly dry.

When it comes to enjoying Hawaiian BBQ, I always choose the Hawaiian mix with teriyaki sauce and a spicy sauce. The Island Fire plate is also a great option that won't disappoint.
