The transactional zombies strike again. The hostess has zero interpersonal skills, minimal eye contact, every statement ending in “can you xyz for me, thanks”. Umm, none of this is about you, hon. When will the current customer service workforce get the memo that arrogant, ice cold roboticism is far from what being professional is? Phew.

As soon as we walked in, no one greeted us. We had to greet them. They didn’t wait in us at all. Then we got the check when we weren’t even done eating. We wanted to order more food. Waited 20mins for drinks. Really horrible service. Won’t be returning an I don’t understand the good reviews.

I recently dined at Orange Grill Teriyaki and Rolls. The vibrant and fresh flavors of the sushi rolls were exceptional, and the teriyaki dishes were perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the positive atmosphere.

Sashimi was fresh. Rolls were so yummy and nicely cut. I appreciated how thin the larger roll was cut to more easily fit into my mouth. The Baja crunch roll is sooo good. First time having cilantro in sushi and I love it! Reserva una mesa ahora

Fish is fresh and portions are very very gracious. Would come back just for that reason. Sushi itself doesn't really stand out. I was very impressed with the sashimi which were well cut thick pieces!

We bought a saucer to take away and found in it a piece of metal scouring pad. It was a bad experience, I hope the people who work there are more careful.

2nd time in 10 years after Disney. Love the sushi. Wish you had sake.... Portions are amazing though, so go.
