that's the third time we were at oro. we always had really good service, the drinks are interesting and eating is generally quite good. the only real complain I have is that the foods tend to come quickly and then eventually, everything slows down and they sit for a long time without food. last night we had to ask our server for control and box before the last meal came because we had an event to go. we could have ordered all our foods at a time, but then it seems that everyone is coming immediately. overall a good experience if they are not in a hurry.
We arrived a little late. The host and manager were going to turn us away! They didn't even have our table filled yet but wanted to get rid of us. Thankfully a kind server witnessed this and made it work out for us but that first impression was terrible. The food was good. Not great. The service was good. The ambiance was just OK. Too much echo in the place so the overall sound level was amplified and not pleasant.
We had the pleasure of being served by Daniel! We came for restaurant week and had the special menu! All 3 courses were delicious, but the highlight was the grilled romaine salad! Everyone was awesome and friendly, the atmosphere was top notch and I will most definitely be coming back, but for their regular menu. Thank you Daniel and thank you Oro for making my mother's birthday dinner special!!! <3
Waiting time to start items really well... Shortly as more patrons came in, we had to wait a little longer for items. Maybe more waiters were needed, as the couple I saw had some tables to take care of. the waiter was kind and made a good work to explain what a great portion, per taste, and let us feel comfortable. we're going back to the finals, maybe for an early dinner.

If you're considering it just GO! The food is absolutely amazing. You can not wrong with any option on the menu. It's an experience worth the price.

Salted carmel dome is worth a reservation alone! Sea bass was spectacular!
