Our family of 4 walked in about 2pm on Sunday and there was a gentleman standing ahead of us so we waited a few moments. He ended up moving and then we were able to get wait at the counter. A woman looked to be a server yelled out at us “there is no morning host I can’t see you behind that entry wall” She then proceeded to ask us what we were there for and we said Hibachi and her condescending comment was “There are other options here you know”. I looked at my family and said what. She walked away to get a table ready. My wife’s face was frozen and in complete shock. We were just yelled at! Stopped by Osaka at 6;30 pm on a Friday evening and business seemed very steady. Many large groups at preparation tables enjoying the evening. Everyone from our server to the gentleman at check in to our bartender were very friendly and helpful. Had the shrimp and chicken hibachi dinner which came with their miso soup and salad.. As a side had the creme filled wontons. Everything was prepared to perfection, very warm and presented well in their serving boxes. From the bar had a very nice glass of J Louis Chardonnay recommended by the bartender. Only issue is from the time we got our booth to when the waiter stopped by to check on us was about 10 minutes. My friend and I came here last Sunday and it was pretty repulsive. The calamari tasted rubbery and I could barely chew it. The fried coating had no flavor wasn’t fully cooked. We excused the appetizer and decided to still try our hibachi meals. The noodles tasted like dirty dishwater and my steak seemed to be a low quality filet. I then noticed the butter on the chef’s cart had a brown tint with no covering and clearly looked expired or old. Our server only came by twice to take our drink order then our food order. We had to flag her down to pay our check at the end of our meal. We boxed our food as a kind gesture, but quickly tossed it out after we got outside. YIKES- never again!
Went for Hibachi with the family June 16 for early Fathers Day. As usual the chef was funny and my Grandson enjoyed him. The problem was the food and the service. The fried rice was crunchy and very bland with little seasoning, usually it is very good. They made a mistake on our order and had to cook my scallops after everyone else’s orders. When my scallops were cooked it did not appear done but I assumed he knew what he was doing. Before we completed our meals diarrhea set in and causes problems through the next day. The service was very poor, had to look for the server every time we needed something. I expect better for $250 bill. We all were disappointed.

TLDR We won't be coming back here We ordered outside of busy times. So there is no excuse for the lack of attention Considering how much money I spent on this.... I can't rightly let this trash go to waste. We have definitely had better sushi. Won't be ordering sushi from here again. Slabs of cream cheese avocado. Slivers for meat Pot stickers were under cooker. Chewy, doughy, parts still had flour on it Crab cheese wontons, was only cream cheese General TSO. chicken was chewy. Suspect it was old.
Went to share a meal with friends. We were seated quickly with reservation. Staff was polite and courteous. They took our drink order and came back in minutes to deliver drinks and take our food order. Soup was served (delicious) salad was next then Chef Ramon made our meals while other servers were singing Happy Birthday to other young guests. Food was amazing and entire dining experience took 90 minutes. Will definitely return for another wonderful meal!
We had a fun time. Fried wantons were light and crispy with a very smooth melted filling. We had the hibachi meals. Everything was excellent, the chef was fun and we were in and out in just over an hour.
Decent. Food was good the show was good. Kind of cramped. Too many people around the Hibachi. If some would have been children it wouldn't have been as crowded. But 9 large adults. Nope.

The food and service are 100 times better then benihana.
