Arrived at 6:30 got seated at 6:40 did not get her drinks till 7:38, waited one full hour before even receiving the salad and the side broth! The chef finally arrived at our table at 7:45 and started cooking no show at all not even a word. This was by far the worst experience for me and my kids, this was supposed to be a fun little birthday dinner for my daughter and it turned out to be a disaster. My girlfriend didn't get her white rice till the very end of her dinner I had to reach over and give her some of my fried rice cuz they forgot all about her. I visited this restaurant on Monday before work, arriving at 6:35 PM. I received my drinks around 7 PM, but I had to leave by 7:40 PM because I needed to get to work. Unfortunately, my food wasn't even started until 8 PM. It was a terrible experience, and I feel like it was a waste of time—I should have just gone to Outback instead.
I've dined here numerous times, and I've always enjoyed the excellent food, outstanding service, and cleanliness. I look forward to coming back again this year. Thank you!
Such a fun dinner spot and the food was delicious! Great value for what you get as well. We did the dinner for two with lobster, shrimp, scallops and filet mignon.
