They ruined my friday evening. I ordered via UberEats meaning I want it delivered. It comes 40 mins later which is fine. The shawarma itself was made so poorly I had to call them and let them know that whoever made it needs to stop and not make anymore orders they did such a bad job. I ordered a super chicken shawarma and they gave me toppings for a kids baby shawarma wrapped in 2 pita breads. Why so stingy? I asked for extra sauce and they took it as no sauce at all. Super dry and barely any toppings It?s wrapped very loosely and falling apart. The guy on the phone told me to bring it in foe them to see. Update: sitting in the store with 4 other people. It?s been 31 minutes now and all I ordered was a chicken on the rocks. They told me it?s busy they only seem to move quickly on skip/Uber eats and don?t care about dine in or walk in orders. Severely mismanaged. Gone far downhill over past few years. Hit or miss. Sometimes if you go before noon the rice was far too overcooked and tastes funny. I assume its yesterdays rice. The chicken is sometimes beautiful and crispy around the edges, and sometimes its just bland and warmed up and not cooked traditionally at all. Just like a lot of other reviews here, this place is one of the poorest when it comes to customer service. Food is hit or miss; the fries were cold today. In about 4-5 visits in the last 2 years, I have not met an employee who seems happy to be working here. There is one guy in particular who is always rude, even while taking the order on the phone. I like Osmow's and always try to avoid this particular location. Unfortunately, this is closest to my home.
I have tried this place twice in the past two years and my experience has been consistently bad. I tried their shishtwok and Shawarma and noticed following problems: 4 days old salad Smelly chicken in shishtwok Too many pickles in otherwise bland Shawarma Similar was my experience an year ago. If you are really craving for a reasonable Shawarma in Niagara region then a better option would be Pita on the run in Niagara falls
Don't order from these guys, you will get screwed on your order purposely it seems though uber. They cheap out on the meat and ingredients and you end up with mostly pita. Maybe it's a way to save money or just poor service. Second time this has happened and only on delivery. Missing toppings as well... not recommended!!! Worst Osmos I been to and it seems the other isn't great either. Likely bad management.
Usually no complaints, but today a walk in order took over 40 minutes. I live 2 minute drive away and found with the lamb shawarma pouting, the fries were overcooked and cold, cheese was not melted and the lamb shawarma was burnt little pieces. The other order of chicken shawarma Oz Box hardly had any chicken on it and the fries were cold and hard.
Amazing! Amazing portion size, the flavour is perfect, when you order the hot sauce, as someone who LOVES spice I only got medium and was struggling with the amount of heat, but so good and SO worth it. Will deffidently be a returning customer! Thank you for your amazing Customer Service and amazing food! ???? ???? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
