The service was terrible — it took 25 minutes just to receive our iced teas, and we waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The French onion soup arrived burnt to a crisp, and when I asked for another bowl, it came out just as poorly. It's disheartening to see such poor management at this location. My experience at this Outback was so impressive that I can’t wait to return. The food and atmosphere are both outstanding. The highlight, however, is the delightful and upbeat attitude of Kendydra, the manager. Her dedication to ensuring that your visit is nothing short of perfect is something I wish every manager possessed. I will definitely be coming back!
