Ox 9 Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles

Love the noodles here. I always get the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup with large flat noodles and the popcorn chicken.Noodles have great texture and the soup tastes really good with a bit of the chili oil at the table added.I also really like the flavor and crispiness of the popcorn chicken though I wish had less tiny pieces and more normal sized pieces.Food comes out pretty fast too

Authentic, really qq (chewy) handmade noodles. Beef and broth are only ok separately, but, much like Voltron (GoLion), their real strength is when combined. Almost as good as my favorites Malan Noodle and Lan Noodle in LA.

Delicious and authentic Lanzhou beef noodles with a variety of thickness options. The broth is flavorful and the beef is tender. Service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Good fast food choice.

The noodles are delicious! You could actually see them making them from our table! The waiter was also really attentive when we needed extra bowls. Truly a hidden gem.
