This is officially my new favorite pizza spot! I was able to try to Buffalo Chicken Pizza with the Garlic Knot Crust and I can wholeheartedly say that my life has been changed. The pizza was truly cooked to perfection. The garlic knot crust was crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside with the ideal garlic flavor. The buffalo chicken had just the right amount of kick to it as well. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, huge shoutout to Crystal and Damien! Seriously, don't walk…RUN … – show
My boyfriend and I were recently invited to Paesano's after starting a food blog on Instagram @thehungergays_). We went to try their “truffalo” pizza with the garlic knot crust.....HOLY COW what a treat! Delicious, crunchy, garlicky goodness! Huge thank you to Damien and his team for this delicious pizza. Since our visit, we have sent multiple friends and family members to give their pizza a try. All of the reviews have been GREAT! Definitely check this place out.
Ordered ahead- 8 pies for a hockey team party. Pies were packed and warming for my requested pickup time-no wait. Fed 12 hungry teenage boys who came back for 2nds( 3rds! . Delicious pizza, clean bright establishment, super friendly staff. Will absolutely order from here again.
Decided to try this place out after seeing my friend @monday2sundae post about their Buffalo Chicken Garlic Knot Crust Pizza! Although it was a 30 minute drive it was worth every mile! The owner Damien was so friendly caring. Would love to see them open a location in Suffolk

This pizza is fresh, delicious, and creative. If you love pizza and garlic knots, you should definitely try the garlic knot crust pizza. It’s not on the menu, just ask for the pizza with garlic knot crust and owner/chef Damien will take care of it for you.
The most interesting and delicious pizzas and slices. These guys always are doing some great things on and off a pizza and I won’t get pizza from anyone else.
Pizza is absolutely delicious try the Buffalo chicken slice with the garlic knot crust..a little bit of blue cheese drizzle…fantastic!
This pizza place is top notch!! Tasty pies fresh ingredients, super friendly service, great prices, definitely recommend this place!
