"Before checking out the Capital Art Craft Festival at the Dulles Expo Center, my parents and I enjoyed lunch at Two Amigos Restaurant, a Mexican/Salvadoran restaurant that is open 24 hours. After placing our order, we were given chips and salsa. For drinks, we enjoyed glasses of Sangria and Strawberry Piña Colada. For food, we enjoyed our usual Taco Platter and Steak Quesadillas."

El Fresco Mexican Grill is a fast food dine in/take out restaurant. I 'm from out-of-state visiting Alexandria, VA for the first time and for some reason I started to crave Tilapia. I typed fried tilapia in the search box and found this joint on the list, which is very close to where I was staying. They didn 't have fried tilapia, but they had a healthier alternative. I ordered the Grilled Tilapia Platter, plus an additional piece of fish over the phone for pick-up. Got there early and decided to get some salsa from the self-serve salsa bar. At first, I thought the grilled fish fillets were bland until I realized that the sauce, grated cheese, veggies, and tortilla were in separate container...

I visited this restaurant for Cinco de Mayo. It's conveniently located close to my home, but I decided to give it a try after being recommended by a friend. I'm so glad we did! The menu is extensive and there are pictures of some dishes on the wall. The staff are friendly and hardworking. You order and pay at the counter, and then receive a number card for your table. The food is brought to you by an employee, as there are no servers. There is a salsa bar with a variety of homemade salsas, as well as diced onions, lemons, limes, jalapeños, and more. Complimentary chips are provided, but if not given to you, just ask. You can also ask for free refills on the chips. We ordered the Steak Quesad...

I came here specifically for carne asada fries, and was a bit disappointed with what I received. I know carne asada fries very well and do appreciate the fact that I was able to find a slice of home sort of) in VA. The interior is pretty neat, and the menu is huge look at their take out menu). The carne asada fries $6.99) are decent, but a bit far from what I was hoping for. For the price, another handful of fries could've been added. I was turned off by the fact that the sour cream comes in a sachet packet instead of being topped on the fries with the guac, which is how it should be done. If they chopped the carne asada into smaller chunks and added the sour cream and guac as I mentioned, t...

The food here is very good, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I got the Mariachi burrito with chicken and steak and it was great. It comes smothered in red sauce and cheese and is served with sides of guacamole and sour cream. Their guacamole is excellent, with chunks of fresh avocado, I could seriously eat it all day every day. I live about an hour from here which is probably a good thing because I'd be a regular if not. There is no comparison between this place and the chain Mexican restaurants. If you want fresh Mexican food at a great price go to El Fresco, I'm certain you won't be disappointed. Since I carried out I can't speak to the table service which is the... Reserva una mesa ahora

I've been going to El Fresco for a while. This is my sib's fave place to celebrate we've been here for birthdays, good news, and now graduation. In short, we dig it. The endless fresh corn chips and salsa bar are undeniably tasty. The prices can't be beat, so trying something new is never a big mistake. All day breakfast is a Mood. The gift that keeps on giving for me are the three enchiladas, smothered in red sauce, your choice of meats. The corn tortillas are tender and not too mealy or soggy. Love having the sides of bean and rice to mix up. If you're up for it (don't be a wimp , try the fried ice cream or sopapillas!!! Great service, really patient when it comes to questions about the me...

I have previously given this restaurant a lower rating, but after visiting a few times, I must say they do certain dishes pretty well. My recommendation is to not order delivery from them. Depending on the time of day, delivery can take a while and the food may not be as fresh as it should be. My favorite items are the chicken tortilla soup, which is hearty and well-seasoned. The guacamole is also excellent, with a unique flavor that doesn't oxidize quickly. I am not a fan of the arroz con pollo or the steak tacos. I haven't dined in at the restaurant, but the staff is very friendly. Overall, I would rate them a 3.5 but round up to a 4.

This place doesn't even deserve a star! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE! The food and service was disgusting and horrible! We were a party of 12 and before the waiter came to assist us she made a snarky comment in Spanish about having to serve us. We didn't even get her name, she was sarcastic and rude. She questioned and doubted our alcohol of choice for shots as if we could be afford it. The food was bland and that came to shock to us being that it was a

Menu needs a revamp. Do NOT order this if you are actually Mexican. The enchiladas had some weird taste to them as if they had mozzarella in them. The texture is very far off and the sauce is ?. Orange? I expected red or green. The beans are literally paste and the rice is like insta rice you?d find at Walmart. Horrific. Nightmare. Please switch to another type of food or perhaps Google Hispanic food ingredients Reserva una mesa ahora

Great menu, so many options and lunch specials! I saw the picture of the Mariachi burrito on Yelp and had to get it. Very big and full of flavor. This might be the best guacamole I have had outside of Mexico. I loved the salsa bar the mild was mild and the hot was hot. All the employees are very busy seems like they must do a lot of catering and delivery. Wish you were closer to home.
