Starting with the positives, most of the dishes we ordered were above average and ready for pick-up on time as promised. However, we were disappointed to find out that the tortillas for our fajitas were missing when we got home. After contacting the restaurant, they offered to provide us with the tortillas or a credit. Whenever I order from this restaurant, the staff who answer the phone don't always get my order correct. I speak both English and Spanish, so it's not a language barrier issue. It seems like they just want to hurry up and get back to gossiping with their coworkers. When I dine in, the service is also lacking. I wouldn't recommend eating in unless you enjoy being surrounded by intoxicated individuals, as the bar area is often busy. Overall is not too bad, the server was awesome and tried hard to make us comfortable. The food could be better chicken fajitas should be called chickenless and please get some six inch tortillas and stop cutting the 12 inch white tortillas that taste like glue. Cinco de mayo corn tortillas are also a good option. Enchiladas with salsa verde are good but with a thin drizzle of cream on top will definitely taste better. You food taste is awesome maybe few adjustments on how to present it to the guests will help.
I went to this place the food was okay. I did not like the tip of $88.00 bill was included 18% of tip total of $103.00, we were 3 people.I disagree to this mandatory tip it is my money and I decide how much I will tip based of my experience on this restaurant.I will never come back to this place that is for sure.
