Palm Court Italian Grill

The service at the restaurant was excellent, with a friendly and efficient waiter. However, the restaurant itself is in need of updating, but this seems to be consistent with the rest of the Tradewinds resort. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The burrata appetizer was served in a warm tomato sauce with chunks of bread, which was a bit odd and not what we were expecting. The calamari was overcooked and lacking in flavor. The entrees were also bland and lacked seasoning. The desserts were overpriced at $15 each for small portions. We celebrated our parents' 30th wedding anniversary with dinner at Palm Court. The entire staff exceeded our expectations with incredibly fast service. They anticipated our every need and even allowed us to set up decorations early. Thank you to the entire team at Palm Court. We will definitely be returning for more espresso martinis! We rated the service, food, and atmosphere all 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the Palm Court Bruschetta, Creme Brulee, and Carpaccio Di Manzo. Price per person ranges from $20-30.

The waiter was a 3, not very friendly or engaged. The food was a 5. The hostess was a 5 because they were very helpful and friendly, which was great. I had the grouper with risotto, which was delicious. The dish had vegetables like tomato, olive, carrot, broccoli, artichoke, and a boiled lemon wedge. The grouper was fantastic. My partner had the saffron pasta with shrimp and sea shells, which were also delicious. The dessert was a 3 - I've had better key lime pie from a box in the past.

Although I found my shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta to be slightly overcooked, the flavors were still enjoyable. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the cheesecake with raspberry sauce – it was truly phenomenal and unrivaled in my experience. Despite this, the overall ambience and appearance of the restaurant, as well as the slight disappointment with my main course, led me to give this restaurant a three-star rating. I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had an amazing experience. The price per person was between $30 and $50, but the quality of the food and service definitely made it worth it. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
