In town working call ahead to see when there open to, 11 the call center says online says 11, call at 9:30 get sent to a East Asian call center, that can barley speak English telling me the location is closed and is not excepting pickup or delivery, Wich is perfect since this is the only place in town open at this time. Warehouse pizza is amazing here in town and from now on I will literally phone ahead and eat a cold pizza from them than deal with the extreme lack of professionalism that I experienced with panago. I would rather pack frozen delissios in my truck then deal with the customer service I experienced here.
was the worst service i ever recieved over the holidays when i was there i ordered pizza and was told wait time was an hour i show up an hour later and my order isnt even ready so i had to call the 310-0001 number back to figure it out and they advised me that the order was sent to the location so i went back in there to let them know and the young girl working said its not there so i ended up waiting over 2 hours on a order owner needs to teach his employees manners and customer service when he away on holidays i will never suggest this pizza place to anybody its the worst sevice i ever had
The delivery was prompt, and the driver was incredibly friendly. However, we were quite let down by the Deluxe pizza, which turned out to be rather bland. While there were thin slices of pepperoni visible, they lacked flavor. The sauce could also use a bit more seasoning. We really enjoyed this pizza on our last order, so we hope that our next experience will be more satisfying.
excellent pizzas and very helpful staff. always ready to teach and help with all hiccups. they work fast and do an excellent job. in contrast to what some of the other reviews (which are completely unfounded, wondering if they have ever actually been in business) would they believe that this panago is one of the best I have bought from. 10/10 would go again.
very friendly, with very tasty healthier fresh pizzas. thin whole crawling crust is available and I think they have just some organic and environmentally conscious packaging. they cost a little more, but I can't eat all the other pizzas with less fresh and processed ingredients.
when we saw we were out of town and it was late after a hockey game; the children wanted pizza. order online was very smooth. the delivery time was estimated at 70 minutes, but closer to 45 minutes. eating was super fresh, hot and delicious. very recommended order from here.
