Great place for pizza in the local Branchburg area. They also have fantastic chicken tenders for catering. However I have run into multiple issues with takeout orders in the past as they don’t offer the greatest service on the phone. Tonight I placed an order for delivery which they said would be an hour. I quickly called back within 3 minutes and said I’d pick it up as I had guests who were starving. I drive there and the two kids at the counter have zero clue about the order. It turned out they never changed it to pick up and the delivery driver came anyway with the food. Glad somebody was home to get it. Communication is very poor here. This is the second time in a row that my order has been messed up by them forgetting my pizza pies. How is it possible to forget an entire pizza twice and still charge me for it? It took over an hour for the pie to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I will no longer be ordering from here. The customer service is dreadful, and there’s no sense of urgency in addressing their errors. To make matters worse, the delivery person found it funny that we had to wait so long for our food. I would appreciate a refund, but given their poor customer service, there seems to be a lack of respect and basic courtesy.
I really love pizza and meatballs, and I highly recommend coming here for their meatballs—delicious! It's a shame they don't offer delivery, though. As for vegetarian options, they don't have any at the moment, but I'm definitely planning to return to try their menu. Service was good, and I ordered takeout for lunch. The price per person is around $10-20. I recommend trying the spaghetti and meatballs!
Usually like Pan's dinner entrees and half liked this order of penne vodka with chicken. The chicken didn't taste like chicken and was really thin and looked very suspect. Almost like a hard tofu is how I can describe it. No flavor, just sketchy bland chicken. Besides that the vodka sauce was great just not sure how you're charging that and you can't put a decent piece of chicken within the meal.

Yea eh its ok pizza could of been cooked more , and when i called and said my order was wrong they said no that it was what i ordered . And a white pie does not have mozzarella on it but well maybe that's how the make it and pizza was cols as well although heated up was good
