I had a very horrible experience at Panda Express and I like to tell you about it so it doesn 't happen to you! When I entered Panda Express I already knew what I wanted which was the two main plate. The other item they were out of which was the teriyaki chicken, and they told me, while I was waiting in line, they 're making a fresh batch which is going to take about 15 minutes, but it actually took 30 minutes. So as I was waiting in line they were filling a whole bunch of online orders in which they ran out of the chicken again. I asked the server why they filled all of those online orders with chicken teriyaki when I 'm standing in line waiting, and was told it would take another 15 minute...
After paying for my food I looked over the receipt. I noticed I was charged for food I didn’t order. I spoke to Maria and asked her to credit my debit card. She stated “we do not give refunds”. She offered to write my name down on a piece of paper for a free meal next time I’m in. I have never heard about a customer not getting a refund due to an employees mistake. When I got home I googled their return policy. Maria the manager was wrong, they do offer refunds. I will be disputing this transaction.
I ordered the Beijing beef, and it was so overcooked that I returned it for a refund. The owner asked for a receipt that I had never received. Then, the manager intervened and informed me that the cash register doesn’t provide receipts. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my money back for something I had paid for just 10 minutes earlier. Be cautious!
It's Panda Express. You know what you're getting, however, the people here are pretty good and they're very friendly. Just like any other place like this you want to go during the busy times for fresh food and the price point is much better if you get it in person versus delivered

This place no longer serves Sweet Sour chicken. My wife's favorite. We won't be going here to eat more, untill they bring it back. What I don't understand is why discontinue a popular dish.
The portions are quite small, and most of the dishes consist of bland rice or noodles. With so many fantastic Asian restaurants in the area, I would recommend choosing a different place.
Lo mein, sweet n sour chicken, and sesame chicken were very good. Customer service was good.
The cook must have had a tough night last night. Because it is affecting the food.
