My dad just passed by an hour ago to get some food after a long trip, come to find out the person didn't even put the chicken teriyaki entree on the bowl. It's just rice in there, he paid cash and it's too much of a hassle to go back now. I just want the manger there to be aware that this is unfair, paying full price and getting rice only is very disappointing. Please double check orders not sure if this happens often but I hope it doesn't.
I always feel welcomed at Panda Express. No matter how busy or slow it is, they always deliver outstanding customer service, treating each guest with respect and kindness. Idk why but everytime I visit this location, workers seem to be on a bad mood. They take forever to acknowledge you and once they do they rush you to order, the interactions are horrible like if a rude robot is taking ur order lol food is good though and portions are getting smaller
