???????????? YUCK. The employees were unfamiliar with their own online ordering system and spent alot of time trying to figure it out, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering and paying online in advance. I paid extra for a shrimp entree thatended up being a whopping 5 flavorless, dry inedible shrimps. My broccoli and beef literally had one tiny piece of beef in it. Iate it before I took a picture. I didn't know it was possible to ruin orange chicken but they managed that too. They forgotsweet and sour sauce for the wontons so those went to waste. STAY AWAY.. .. I don't understand this place I have been coming here for years, always terrible attitude from the employees. I KEEP GOING thinking it will get better. But it Gets worse. I think they go out of their way to hire the worst employees possiblethe food is decent VERY OVERPRICED for what you are getting. I always feel welcomed at this restaurant. Regardless of whether it’s busy or slow, they consistently provide excellent customer service, treating every patron with courtesy and kindness. I came to pick up. There was someone infront of me. I was waiting in line. When it came to my turn I was completely ignored. I had to stop the lady and ask her why she ignored me. The restaurant isn't very crowded, but the service is friendly, and they prepare your food fresh when you request it. However, it is on the pricey side, with plates costing around $10 for two items.
