Check your food before leaving. I ordered 5 plates of teriyaki, and chicken was undercooked. Asked the manager for a refund and Manager stated he could not give me back my money but would give me credit instead. I came back once to use part of my credit. Went back to use the rest of my credit and were denying me the rest of my credit. I showed the manager my receipt when i used part of my credit) and the receipt for the 5 plates I returned. Manager stated I used all my credit and would not give me my remaining balance $16.32) what 's worse is that manager stated that I had to use all the store credit. This is the absolute worst Panda Express I have ever been to. They take your order before you reach the front, but it doesn’t speed up the process at all since you still have to wait in line, and the same person fills the plates. What’s the point of that? It feels like they’re avoiding interaction with customers! The portion sizes are tiny; they even remove food from the plate to make it look acceptable. They didn’t have the latest menu item available, even though it’s being advertised all over the restaurant. And the cashier, a woman named Anabel (as indicated at the reception), was the worst part of the experience! She was extremely rude, had a sour expression, and exhibited a terrible att...

I found the prices to be quite high given the small portion sizes, and the flavors were unidentifiable—I'm not sure if I was eating chicken or beef. The rice tasted burnt, and the noodles had a rubbery texture. They even count the pieces they serve and don't provide soy sauce or forks with your order. The only positives were their closing hours and the cleanliness of the establishment, which earned them two stars.

People working in the food service/service service need to be trained better. The girl my mother charged was rude and shed light on her. No one has to despise. I gave a panda gift, and when she used it, the card didn't tell her she had no balance and didn't care what she had to say. The card was given by me last night. My mother had to talk to the manager.

They don't open on time, customer service is subpar. The lady at the register wasnt cooperative and extremely rude to the two people in line. Although it is very clean, I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Flor manager on shift returned a plate back into food trays and then served it to another customer. Brought it to her attention and all she said I know . Who gave her food service permit??? Big NO..NO...

Very nice and clean. It was very very busy and I had to wait in line for 20 minutes but the Panda Express crew did a good job. I will definitely be returning
