I visited this place, and I decided last night. All in Lubbock wanted Pandas, the car drive thru went around the parking lot caused traffic, so I went in. Wanted all day Beijing beef, the lines long, but in the patient. I watch the workers, and first I am impressed, they are pampered, but offer great service. And great portions of food. As polite, and even people help to order the family food to save them some money, which led the line to slow down, no problem, in everything about saving a dollar and appreciated to see that. Update 10/08/22The gentleman taking orders through the drive thru starts off by telling us. Just to let you know we are out of several items on the menu since it's almost closing time. Its 9:02 PM, so My wife and I asked, what time do yall close. He said at 10pm, but my manager said I don't have have to have all items on the menu. I responded, but it's only 9pm, he then back tracked and said we'll my manager said I only had to cook made to order so there's going to be a wait for the items not currently available. (Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken) all the main items on their menu. They had already put up the chairs and locked the doors at 9pm. Took a pic of the door hours...

I am sad to say that my experience here comes at 9:25 when they close at 10:00 was a disappointment. I noticed they were completely mine from Chow and the steam was completely dried. I asked if they could make a small part of Chow mine for me. The leadership told me no because she was there where food cost and that if I did the steamer instead. I asked again how late they close and she said 10:00. I said, okay and went without ordering food, as I had a family raised and I told them that they won't order any food they won't make anymore because they want to lower food costs. I stopped visiting Panda Express on 82nd Street due to poor employees now I am no longer going to the South Quaker location. The staff has always been friendly at this location. Panda Express's signature entree is a delicious Orange Chicken. A business should ALWAYS have their signature entree available, not this location.They had no sides except their chow main. The only entree I wanted that they actually had was one serving of Kung Pow Chicken. No egg rolls were available. They did not even have any soy sauce. The staff was very busy getting the food orders prepared. The restaurant was full. All of The tables were in severe need of sanitizing. The entire time I was there I didn't see a single staff member walk out into the eating area and clean a single table take out the trash the cans were already over flowing. They did keep the food like moving a bit better than some of the Panada restaurants I've been to. But that is like comparing a snail to a tortoise, neither one are known for being fast.

One of the worst visits that I have had here. Yes it was just after 5 and they were somewhat busy, but the service was very slow and they were out of about 1/3 of the food items. They know they are busy after 5 but that didn't seem important. Also all of the managers were outside doing something so there was no control. The location was dirty from sticky floors to dirty bathroom to soiled and dirty beverage area. It's doubtful that I'll come back to this location again.

usually this is the only location we go to because of how fast they are but tonight they made everyone wait forever before taking orders and they messed up my order. once i got home and opened my food and saw it was incorrect i found a dark black hair in my food. never again. they took forever as if they had to kill the chicken to cook it.

This facility was a great, fast place to get food until about a month ago. I sat for almost an hour when I last went and decided to try again today because it was 430 in the afternoon and could not be so busy. Low and behold, they are still so slow and have secured a line because they cannot be “fast food” never again eating here. Reserva una mesa ahora

I wish there was belly one star. The worst panda I've ever received. The food is so cold and smelly plus what I ordered and what they sent me a wrong order. They charged me extra and say they don't have the food. And the food they sent me is not a good meal. Just so you know if you eat this place you will definitely get sick!?

Drive through wait time is consistently horrendous. Waited 25 minutes to move one car pace, left the line as I was still 7 cars away from ordering. Food is good, just not convenient or timely at all.
