First of all, I understand there was a fundraiser happening, which made things busier than usual. I placed an online order for pickup at 5:41 PM and arrived at 5:40 PM. I waited and waited, and by 5:55 PM, I had to remind them about my order. They assured me they were working on it, which was fine. However, I checked in with them three more times while observing other customers ordering, enjoying their meals, and leaving. I noticed that other online orders were being picked up after complaints were made. Normally Panda Express is good to go, but this time around was terrible. The food was warm but my broccoli beef was almost all broccoli on a couple small pieces of beef. My kung pao chicken was also mostly veggies. This was an absurd serving amount of the main course.
well for starters, no soy sauce included... then I ordered chicken teriyaki, got chicken, no teriyaki sauce at all and the chicken was super dry, unedible. The chow mein seems as though it was cooked maybe a few weeks ago. very unpleasant meal!
I dont leave negative reviews, but this is disgusting and not edible. I threw it away.full of oil and egg roll tasted like chemicals. Never order from this location. Absolutely gross

I really love this location. It's consistently great; they always get it right. The food tastes fresh every time, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic.
