The entire dining room was a disgusting mess. I had to find wipes to clean my own filthy table off. Even after two wipes, the engrained dirt,hair, and mushed food would not come off. Overpriced as always, but it was tolerable when Panera offered a clean, calm environment with ceramic bowls, metal utensils, and classical music. I could not have a conversation with my mother who sat next to me due to the blaring volume, of the Spanish music in the background. I ordered a warm Mediterranean bowl. They threw the stuff in a bowl and it was served COLD. I asked if the “ Warm Mediterranean bowl is served warm as mine is cold.” The girl behind the counter said,” oh you can microwave it over there.” It’s a warm Mediterranean bowl. It should have been delivered WARM. OMG really. It was not good and I had to heat it myself. I used to Love Panera I will not go there again. What is going on anymore. Come on people.
*Incredibly* slow. Manager confirmed our order (for a family of 3, nothing significant) was ordered nearly 20 minutes ago...and still isn 't ready. Apparently that 's common enough that she thinks that 's normal service speed at a Panera (it ain 't).This is supposed to be a fast-casual restaurant but they seemed to have missed the memo about fast but.
Garbage. Waited 20 minutes for chicken noodle soup where they obviously scooped from the top and gave me literally only the water and NO ONE would pay attention to me when I tried to tell them the issue with my food I PAID FOR. My kids food tasted like garbage and my food was garbage. Poorly run.

Got a pizza flatbread thing. So much money. So disgusting of a flavor. Cheap bland flatbread. Waited forever for it. Service not bad, but not helpful. But the prices, the prices. Why does this cost so much? What a mistake. I'm baffled why it was busy. Maybe I'm missing something.
I am honestly done coming to the Dickson City Panera. I waited over 30 minutes in line, with no end in sight and there were STILL two cars in front of me who also didn’t get food. I don’t know what’s going on at this Panera, but that is crazy to me.
Panera bread is a shell of the restaurant that used to be! I don't know what's happened. They're way overpriced and their portion sizes are like 1/3 of what they used to be. Me like many others are not going to go there anymore.
